These tour guides know their stuff and took great care to make sure we all had a safe and memorable night kayaking tour in waters where bioluminescent marine life can be found. Don't waste time trying to photograph the elusive sparks and glows in the dark - just take it in, be present, and you'll feel the happiness and cherish the memories. Look up and enjoy the stars, too! I recommend reading and following their recommendations - they know how to take care of their customers, if you take the time to do a little reading and packing in advance. The general meeting location was Waiake Beach - worth going early and spending time there to enjoy tidal pools and unique coastal scenery. Around 2pm the specific meeting location was communicated, and it was not far away - Long Bay Regional Park, which is also a lovely place to relax and take a nap before a night paddling expedition. I am a novice at kayaking, this was only my second time, and the my first was over a decade ago. The guide's lessons were all I needed to paddle and steer, I was able keep up. Most of our group were inexperienced, and we all had a great time!”

“Reputable, Honest, and Passionate – Highly Recommend I’ve seen some negative reviews about SpeedScience, but my experience has been the complete opposite. From day one, everything I’ve ordered has been smooth and hassle-free. When a PLM Superlow Seat Rail Kit arrived with a bent bracket, they sorted it out right away. Later on, I had an issue with 2 front brake rotors (after holding onto them for a while during a full brake rebuild and upgrade + master cyl upgrade). I asked to return them, and they accepted and refunded me—no drama at all Since then, I’ve spent a lot with them across 2024 and 2025, and they’ve consistently been professional and transparent. One part was air-freighted, and when I asked for an update, they told me exactly where it was in the process. Their communication is excellent—via email, their website, and even over the phone. If you're unsure about something, their technical knowledge and support are top-tier. “We bought a toyota hiace in good condition. During the test drive with Nasar we heard a weird noice coming from the tire and we drove directly to a garage so they could have a look at it. Pars cars paid the repairs. After a few weeks of traveling our inverter died, after contacting for help they made sure we got a new one (all the way in Wellington trough a Repco). We recommend Pars auto for sure, they are not that higher in price in compairson to fb, and give some warrenties on certain parts (motor parts for example). They also explained and helped to get the car on our names etc. If you are looking for a van give them a call!”

“Ordered a full set of deep dish rubber mats at the fieldays in Hamilton. I had to laugh when I found out RubberTree are based in Glendene, and I live in Henderson. Anyway the mats are great, only issue was the drivers side mat didn’t line up properly. A quick phone call and trip to Glendene, and they replaced the mat with the correct one.”
