   Lovely place to stay while spending time at Dunedin Hospital. The owners are wonderful people and very caring. My grand daughter appreciated the care. We drove through snow to get there. Beautiful

   Room was spotless. Incredibly comfortable bed. Slept like a baby. Love the landscaping. Very quiet despite being on a busy road. Very reasonably priced. Slipped and fell in shower due to slippery floor. Rubber bath mat provided suggests this may be ongoing issue. Suggest taking extra care in wet areas. Very happy to recommend accommodation, in spite of accident.

   Had a really wonderful stay for 3 nights. Was in room 10, the sunniest spot in the motel. It was very warm, comfortable, and felt like a second home. Well furnished amenities - heat pump, underfloor heating, hot showers with two heads, fully equipped kitchen, a very comfortable couch and bed. We couldn't have asked for better. Will certainly be recommending and would definitely consider booking again. Staff were also very welcoming and helpful.

   This place was beautiful. It was clean and not out dated. Staff was nice and friendly The only down fall was the heating. We would of liked coming into a warm room specifically on the cold wet day we arrived. And leave the heating on so when we come back its still warm. Heatpump done a good job. Overall perfect. Would stay again

   Very clean and modern. Close to Octogon, Uni and Stadium. Really quiet and had a great sleep! Love the products in the bathroom. Kitchen has everything you need and really good quality appliances. Would definitely stay again and it exceeded our expectations. Thank you.

   I stayed here as a single traveller and did this motel exceed my expectations!! First there was an incredibly friendly welcome by Michael (?), who shared lots of tips for grocery shopping, dinner and sightseeing the next day. My room had already been pre-heated, which in New Zealand winter is important, and I loved the stack of English breakfast tea (and coffee and other teas). All I had to get was a bottle of milk. The room and bathroom were not just super clean but furnished and designed in a modern and simple yet stylish way. The mattress was a perfect firmness. Should I come to Dunedin again, which I hope, I know already exactly where I will stay!

   I booked the compact room.Yes it's small but that's what compact is. The room is very clean and comfortable. I love the delicious smelling body wash and lotion. I would absolutely recommend this motel. Sue

   This is absolutely the best hotel I have ever visited during my whole trip in New Zealand. The room was spotless clean, spacious, and the location is great. The host was really friendly and helpful, and I was allowed to store the luggage in the office for a few hours after checkout so that we could walk around the botanic garden. I will definitely visit here again next time!
