used to stay here every time I used to come to Dunedin but recently service had gone down, location is great. carpet wasn't vaccumed properly, no fresh milk in rooms anymore just cheap pod stuff. maybe or maybe not going to stay next time.
Comfortable rooms with comfy beds and really good shower in our room
Comfortable, clean, big room with small kitchenette. Short walk to centre of town, shops and cafe's. Shared foyer with one other room so some noise when coming and going.
The property unexpectedly managed to accommodate us for an early checkin. We checked early the next day and inadvertently left our medications in the room, reception was kind enough to call us and advise us.
Didn’t have power for half the day, then didn’t have hot water or any water, toilets weren’t flushing and couldn’t shower. Tv didn’t work the second day (just had the letter n and kept loading) rung up reception twice and they didn’t answer. Wanted breakfast and put the order on my door and it never came. They charge $15 per night for parking but couldn’t access it with cars blocking the entrance. When I said that to the larger lady she was very rude and had an attitude problem. Don’t know who she thinks she was talking to. However the young girls at the desk during check in and out were very polite. Couldn’t even get out the entrance for a walk at 11 at night I was locked in. Dust where they keep the cups upside down, not nice. Staff loud during day when they are cleaning rooms which is really unprofessional. Modern room, good kitchenette and shower pressure when we had water was the only positive. Don’t think I’ll be back here again. Didn’t even bother to respond to my feedback.

This was my second stay at the Quest and the Management and staff are always consistently considerate, cheerful ( good humour) The room staff go that extra mile to make you feel at home. Everything was very clean. Keep up the great work.
Great stay. Clean rooms and hot shower. Very convenient location if you don’t have a car.
The staff over the weekend of Auckland Floods were literal angels. The gals on Saturday morning (28/1/23) not only kept these worried Aucklanders calm, they set up our stranded selves once our plans had to change very quickly. Cannot thank these ladies enough.
Clean and tidy rooms - ideal location if you have business in town or visiting for a Christmas function.
