   This is an excellent business from sales staff to the service personnel. Receptionist service is outstanding. Knowledgeable, helpful ,friendly. I thought the cost of our significant service was very reasonable. Courtesy car was practically new and immaculately presented as was my car when I collected it. They definately go above and beyond and it would take a lot of persuasion to make me buy another make of car elsewhere.

   I was helped by the most amazing lady Ange who was so understanding and went out her way to assist me. I was very stressed and worried about an engine light that had come on. I am a rural customer- living 1 & a half hours away. I had a very busy child with me and once they had ascertained what was wrong with my car they were able to order the part and repair it super efficiently. I cannot recommend this dealership enough and will be returning for any repair needed and to purchase my next vehicle.

For Blair (Sales Manager), Eimear (sales Cadet) and Billy (Service Manager) nothing seemed to be too much trouble and they have gone beyond the expected to make my experience a memorable one. I was even given a similar car to drive when I took the car back for the first free service. The team at The Car Company is a real testament to KIA’s commitment to deliver great customer service.
