   Took our newly bought BMW in to check out a sound coming from the engine. Said to come in at 8.30 as that was the only appointment available but then never got the car back until 3.30 and they only worked on it "for an hour". So they say that it took them an hour to find out where the noise was coming from (I have no car knowledge and I could see where it was coming from straight away) and also to look up in their "database" if it was okay. So apparently its an okay sound and nothing to worry about. But apparently this took an hour to find out which is pretty doubtful as an hour is a pretty long time really and that doesn't sound like an hours work at all so they're either lying or inefficient. And then they charge $150 for that hour of work. When asked if that seemed like a fair price for an hours work to them, they say that's just what they charge. So basically you need to know that you're getting a much more expensive deal than elsewhere going into it before you go here. And then the icing on the cake was dirty marks in the car on the arm rest and drivers chair, would expect a lot better than that. Was keen to regularly take our new BMW here but changed our mind pretty quick on that. Would never recommend.

   The staff here are very helpful, and knowledgeable on all their vehicles and parts. We always have our cars services here, because of the service they provide. it is also great to know there are businesses still around that go that extra mile and add those small pleasant surprise like cleaning the vehicle inside and out. thanks..
