   Sent through request for consult. Responded very quickly. Arrived, took measurements and photos, made suggestions and said to send through dimensions related to alterations. Also indicated this job would not be an issue and would only take a day. Information emailed through and then we heard nothing. Husband rang and apparently had no intention of answering email and job too small. Prefers big jobs. This is highly unprofessional and very disappointing. Would have been far better to be up front at the start and we wouldn't have wasted time waiting and could have started looking for another company.
