    Simply Fantastic. My old Vap passed away so I phoned the shop for help as I'm disabled without easy Transport an got a wonderful person called Tanya hope I got spelling right. Anyway Tanya was super helpful not only did she explain options for a new Vap , an once that was sorted how do I get it because batteries cannot be couriered. Because of my situation she offered to deliver it to me on her way Home, which she did. This was service an dedication beyond the Norm just hope her Boss appreciates her also. Thank-you Tania
