Best customer service i have experienced in a very long time! We were greeted on the way in and pointed in the right direction, a staff member met us at the isle to locate the part needed. All staff were helpful and friendly
Went to buy 2 things made first purchase and got receipt and was told it was ok to go look at a second thing by J which was in close range to the counter, J was very helpful, I then went to purchase second item and I hear R questioning in his radio if the guy, me had bought the first item. When asked is he talking about me I said why didn't you ask or look at the receipt. Very poor form who talks about a customer right in front of them without actually just asking that person or asking to look at that receipt.
Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Friendly and greeted with a smile by all the staff.

Excellent service. Cashier was a pleasure to deal with and the young man who changed my windscreen wipers was so helpful.
I had to get a new battery and was not sure which one or how to install it. The guy who helped me was just fantastic. I think his name was Gary. Older guy with a bit of a limp. He was thorough in his explanation and couldn't have been nice to deal with. He did not seem to mine my sticking my nose in and asking questions etc. He then showed me how to change my wipers and explained how be careful not to drop the arm against the windscreen and how to unclip them etc. You have a fantastic staff member there and I've been telling everyone how good it was to deal with Supercheap Hastings branch.
Probably the best SCA I have visited. A big store with everything displayed in a logical manner so easy to find what you are looking for. Friendly staff who made us feel like highly valued customers even though we were only spending a few dollars.
Asstn Manager Rhythm at supercheap said it was to hard to locate plug In spot for diagnostic scan .. 1 minute at the garage .. When I called back with this info his silly response was I am not a mechanic . If you can't remove a plastic case mate you should be demoted at the least .. or even better go ask for help if you don't know .. Absolutely incompetent
