Very convenient. It features one of the cleanest public toilets with marine life paintings on their wall. Immediate access to parade and only minutes away from Napier Central.
Great for daily constitutional. Despite the proliferation of signage from the boundary to the port entrance there's none indicating the points at which dogs needs to be on a lead. So much better for dog walking than Park Island, which turns into stinking marsh every time it rains
Beautiful view in the morning! Can watch the sunrise here. Free and clean toilet provided.
Nice little spot .... On the beach ... Only a few spots.. Had a stunning view out my camper... Camped with family kids and dog enjoyed it . The playground next door kept the kids entertained... And the nice beach walk kept mom and our doggie entertained!!! Dump station just here also so we could fill with clean new water and dump the grey water.
Beautiful scenery, loved walking along and seeing all the different seashells. Pitty about the littering but otherwise nice place
