Brilliant service - not a client, I took our (stray but adopted us!!) cat in after she came in one evening not weight bearing. Saw us straight away and gave advice and options that took into consideration our situation and budget. Highly recommend.
Disappointed I have to give a star. Receptionist was very rude and absolutely unhelpful! I went in to enroll as a new client, to desex my kitten at $260 or $500 if my kitten was pregnant, which was fine. I couldn't fill out an application in store as its done through email, she didn't take any details to send the application through. Completely unprofessional service.

I really appreciate how quickly the clinic responds and how clear their advice is. Their support with my cat’s diet and weight management has made the whole process much easier. They genuinely care about their patients and keep great communication. I highly recommend them.
The staff communication is second to none, A family friend had prepaid for her dogs euthanasia and called to confirm the time to which she was told her dog was already deceased, but was sitting by her side at home. Once they arrived at the clinic, she was questioned to the third degree about the dog and her rights in regard to the euthanasia of her dog. I hope the staff take note of this review going forward, as having a pet put to sleep can be deeper in your heart than some friends. Would not recommend the clinic for one piece of the process.
Yi Fang is amazing. My beloved cat had a lump on her back that I had shown to a few other vets (in another city) and they told me not to worry about it. Yi Fang is the only vet who had the intelligence to recognise the danger and recommend surgical intervention. It turns out it was a cancerous lump, which she completely excised. I cannot thank her enough for her foresight and knowledge and care of my baby in her time of need. Thank you to the entire team at Green Island Veterinary Clinic, who all have been wonderful, but an extra special thank you to Yi Fang.
Really friendly steff that clearly love animals,. Our dog loves visiting the vet becaused the staff make such a fuss of her.
We had to have our Jack Russell Molly put to sleep this week and the care and love shown by the lovely young vet made the experience much easier to deal with. Thank you
