   Today I had a lovely experience at Animates Dunedin. I regularly get cat food from them delivered directly to my house. Yesterday when I opened the latest bag to feed my girl her Dental Care biscuits I noticed the biscuits looked much bigger than normal.Low and behold I had been sent dog biscuits by mistake. The cat was happy - she got extra Dine treats instead. This afternoon I returned the opened bag and was told it was not a problem, they could refund the money. I asked if I could have the Cat Dental Care biscuits instead. I handed over the receipt which turned out to be for my other cat's food so I quickly went home and hunted out the correct receipt and returned to the store. When I gave them the receipt from the box they quickly found a bag of the Cat Dental biscuits for my wee girl. Both staff members who helped me this afternoon were a delight to deal with and made what could have been a stressful situation very easy. I love dealing with Animates because of your wonderful customer service and the way staff just want to help.

   So glad we found Bruno! Bruno is an excellent groomer—professional, kind, and clearly passionate about dogs. He handled everything with care and attention to detail. The grooming was top-notch, and my dog came home looking clean, happy, and relaxed. It’s such a relief to find someone we can fully trust. We’ll definitely be back!

   Our dog Urso had an amazing time with his groomer Bruno. What a fantastic job he did. Urso is a Samoyed and not an easy breed to groom when they are shedding, but Bruno did an excellent job and Urso is looking extra amazing! Thanks, and we will definitely be back regularly now.
