   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a great stay at Aria on Bank in Dunedin! The place is really nice and the rooms are super comfy. The bed was perfect, I slept so well. The receptionist was very kind and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. Everything felt clean, cozy, and welcoming. I definitely recommend staying here, and I’ll choose Aria on Bank again when I come back to Dunedin!

   Stayed 3 nights here. So handy to the cbd, only 6 minutes by car. Large unit with loft bed. Clean and tidy, all that you need. Affordable accommodation. Very helpful and friendly host. Will stay again.

   It's cheap(ish) but don't believe the (mostly) fake 5 star reviews. It's Not a 4 star motel/hotel - it's more of a 2 star motel. The bathroom is the biggest issue. The bathroom smells of mold - bathroom looks like it has some moisture tightness or ventilation issues mold specs are visible on the roof. The toilet brush in the bathroom wasn't usable. It's attached to the wall and when you attempt to remove the brush it takes the holder with it (therefore stuck in brush holder) and has a weird overspill design that leaks poo water on the floor. There was suspicious coloration on the skirting around the toilet on arrival - looked quite unclean. The vinyl flooring looks like it might have water damage underneath it. Water pool shaped darkening under the vinyl. The fan didn't work either meaning that while it's not a rental, it's not healthy homes compliant. The carpet looks like it has some minor staining/discoloration (barely visible but adds to the impression). There are cracks in the paint as well - doesn't look professionally done. Scuffs and superficial damage on most walls. looks like it was given 'the landlord special' with edges of windowsills messily painted. The place give the impression of a former student flat redone on the cheap. The internet also sucks - it drops in and out frequently. Now that I've written this all out.... yeah the place isn't very good. Maybe some of the units are nice? Wish I had paid the extra $20 a night somewhere else.

   The apartments are beautifully designed, well-equipped, and nicely presented. Just a short walk away we found plenty of takeaway options and a supermarket, making it perfect for both short and longer stays. Mao was incredibly kind and went out of their way to return an item we had accidentally left behind. A truly lovely place with equally lovely people.

   Supermarket close by along with some restaurants close by within walking distance. Our bathroom was mouldy around the shower as the water shoots out through the glass join. Washing machine is located within the building area which is handy. Plenty of space within the rooms and everything needed is provided.

   We had a very comfortable stay for 2 nights. It is unusual and cute. The place is spotless. The bed was very comfortable. The location is a short walk to shops cafe and supermarket.The staff were very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay in Dunedin. I certainly recommend Aria on Bank.

   Lovely friendly service and refreshed modern the interior. There was also lots of mini toiletries in the bathroom which was a nice surprise and was appreciated. However there was a strong damp odor in our room that lasted our entire stay which is why Ive had to give this 4 stars. It unfortunately just ruined the vibe as the carpet felt damp.

   A very tourist friendly greeting with loads of good information. Our room was very small, there wasn't anywhere to put our small suitcases. The bathroom was too small, even for my 5'2" slim wife, and I'm 6'2" and 75kg. The only way I could describe the room is that it missed on too many levels, but it was very clean. The bed was just lumpy in our room, I think it had passed it's use by date a long time ago. The fridge didn't have a freezer, it also was small, and the bench space was close to none. Our room wasn't one of their loft rooms, these appear to be bigger.

   The stay was simply good. The structure of the hotel is unique and cute. The building has small duplex accommodation which attracts well. Every room has seperate parking, which all hotel in Dunedin don't provide. It's a clean tidy good for couple of days hotel.
