   Chew article for figs - Venison Green Tripe Air dried Advertised are larger slices of dried Tripe, I spoke with a team member to make sure these slices are big enough for my small dog to gnaw. I was advised slices are as big as a hand. I was disappointed to find it was all broken up into tiny, bite-sized pieces. The response however was very good, within a few hours of my complaint, I was contacted, and received a full refund after providing pictures. It is rare to get a response that quickly, let alone a refund. Thanks, Brooke, I appreciate it.

1. Impackt Dog Walking & Training ★☆☆☆☆

   Ordered Freeze dried Venison Tripe which was advertised as a large slice. I spoke with the team on the phone to ensure it wasn't little pieces. I was assured it's a big piece (the purpose is for my dog to chew on something). What did I get??? Little pieces!! Also, I had ordered 5 bags, got a call to inform only 1 bag legt (after I paid for 5!) Got money refunded but ended up paying $20 for 100 gram of something I didn't order! Ratchet! Also, staff tried to upsell all sorts of other chew articles to me, I had to explain 3 times that my dog won't chew anything apart from green tripe. Won't be shopping there again - can't recommend.    Nice friendly staff. When I mentioned that I got an unexpected puppy,the guy helping me threw in a few little extras to try out on her. Was much appreciated! Will get my pet supplies from there from now on just because of that small gesture. Pet supplies are not cheap and I've found this shop is slightly cheaper than others.
