My son and me had the privilege of staying 2 nights at Roslyn Sanctuary at Dunedin. The accommodation was warm and cozy, featuring two spacious beds and a clean, well-heated shower and toilet with ample towels. The fully-equipped kitchen allowed us to cook comfortably, and the inclusion of Sky channels, sports, movies, and Netflix added entertainment options. We also loved the beautiful grass backyard with outdoor table and chairs, perfect for relaxation. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend Roslyn Sanctuary for a comfortable stay in Dunedin.

Fantastic place to stay. We stayed in unit 6A. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, washing machine, dyer and fully functioning kitchen (oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher etc). We've definitely found a regular place to stay when visiting Dunedin. Hosts were wonderful. Highly recommend!
I was thrilled when I walked into this place! So light, clean, spacious and extremely comfortable! Its also very quiet, making our 2 day stay very relaxed. The hosts have thought of everything to make it a real home away from home.
