A great place to grab a hot drink, especially if you like good coffee! We had oat flat white and a hot apple with cinnamon and cloves. Delicious.
Best coffee in town... Best selection of beans to take away. Ground to your prefence. Highly recommend a visit.

Nice coffee and place. Sitting by the street with a cup of latte, watching the world go by. The pace is slow, not much noise, just the occasional footsteps, a distant hum of life.
An amazing place to get your coffee. It was deliciously home roasted, with a lovely interested lady taking the order and a nice roadside spot to enjoy the coffee. Sadly the beans you are able to purchase you are not able to be made your coffee with
Very cosy spot (especially on a rainy day) with excellent coffee! Lovely and welcoming to boot. If you’re in Dunedin and looking for a spot to cosy up with a coffee and a magazine, you won’t do better than Mazagrans!
The best coffee ever!!! My trips to Dunedin to visit family have to include picking up a supply of the Brickhaus coffee beans. It is rich and smooth and dark, the only way to start a day!!!
I ordered a size large, they didn't even fill my cup. Also the barista was quite rude ehen I asked about the coffee they sell. Can't see myself visiting again.
Visited because of the high rate reviews. However the coffee was not as great as expected. But still ok, just not like “great great” My friend ordered a hot chocolate, which just less than average.
