   I’m very disappointed with the wheel alignment service I received. I explained clearly that the car was pulling to the left, but I was told the mechanic had taken it for a “test drive” and that everything was fine. In reality, he only drove it about 50 metres and gave it the all-good, which is not a proper check. When I questioned the result, they began arguing and claimed my rear shocks were worn — which is not true. They even pushed down on the guard hard enough to leave dents. Their explanation didn’t make sense, because if both rear shocks were supposedly worn, the steering (which is on the front axle) wouldn’t pull left. When I challenged this, the staff member became rude. It felt like the person working on the car was simply following the wheel alignment machine’s instructions, with little understanding of actual suspension technology. Overall, not a professional experience and I would not return
