An error was made by the booking arm and I was upgraded with no fuss or bother. The information, choices and pricing was explained thoroughly and the service was exemplary. I think the prices are the most reasonable around,. My car was ready when they said it would be and the staff were really kind and knowledgeable! Amazing customer service experience! We were about to drive 4hrs home to Tauranga and discovered 2 nails in our front 2 tyres. The team here fixed our tyres super quickly and with no charge. Couldn't recommend anymore. Great service!

Arrived at Tony's and there are not much parking but managed to get one. Went to reception and no one there. A guy came after few minutes and asked me what I need. Checked my tyres and paid for it. I was told to wait for 30-45 minutes and my car was ready when I came back. Fast and effiecient service today that is why it is a 5 star rating today!
