   I have been going to the same travel agent at Helloworld since 2018 now, and have booked multiple international trips with her. Our travel agent is awesome and organized everything we needed, easily comparing prices and flights, and discussing options with what's best for us. Even if I need a trip planned on short notice, she is always ready to get things sorted out, making travel far less stressful than if I tried to organize everything myself. I highly recommend Helloworld for all your travel needs.

   The customer service experience I had with Hello World Napier was by far the worst and most stressful I’ve ever encountered. From the very first visit, it was unpleasant—escalating through passive-aggressive emails filled with caps lock, and finally, a complete lack of communication and radio silence. For the amount of money spent on my trip, I expected far better service, or at the very least, a friendly and professional agent. I would not wish this experience on anyone. Ended up cancelling a few things with them and going with another Tourism company because I simply just didn’t want to deal with the ‘Senior Travel Professional’ anymore.

   I had such a delightful and stress-free experience booking my flights through Hello Travel (Napier) during the frantic Covid-19 period. Maureen was incredible and went above and beyond to ensure I was well informed about my journey and any changes along the way. I have also never purchased the first flight itinerary I was presented, but Maureen made sure to capture all my key events in the time-frame, and I was very grateful to know that I was in good hands should there be any issues with my flights. Thank you Maureen for your friendly updates and check-in's in the lead up to my trip and afterwards. I'll be booking with you again for sure.
