    Our experience with Kreshla has been excellent. Nothing has been too much trouble. She is lovely to deal with and also shows great patience in explaining everything. I know you might find things a little cheaper if you did all the planning yourself online but for that little extra(and honest Flight Centre looks after everthing e.g transfers, flights (domestic & Int.), aircraft seating,seating, accommodations (layovers and destinations), insurance (a MUST for any Int. travel) and lots more. Simply takes away all that hassle and if there is that rare hiccup during your trip you know you have a easy contact to sort it out pain-free. Highly recommend!!

    Very disappointing experience trying to book my first ever flight by myself. The agent never sent the travel documents to me until less than 24hours before my supposed departure. It wasn’t until then that I realised I had booked the wrong date - a day too early. But Because the agent didn’t send my details when I first booked I hadn’t realised. I had tried previously to email the agent but the email address given wasn’t working. No responsibility was offered for his mistake and I had to pay more for last minute changes which wouldn’t be the case if it was send sooner. After chatting to another travel agent from another company I know I wasn’t fully to blame and am disappointed with this company’s response to my situation. Will not be coming back here again and will not be recommending anyone I know to book through flight centre. For someone trying to book their first flight I’m appalled by the stress I was put through.

    Did think much of this place I went in to get quotes for a trip I was wanting to take in march 2025 when I asked the lady said I’m actually going on my lunch break then ask if anyone else could see me I guy said I have 30 minutes to spare so went down sat with him gave my details email etc went over flights etc as of today I’m still waiting for quotes to come to my email he did go over the credit card that they do obviously he was just passing time I had money to book the holiday went to another agent and absolutely love the service I received from them

    Angela from the Napier team did an excellent job helping us find the best deal for our overseas holiday. She listened, understood our budget, and our requirements and all have been met. Will happily ask her assistance again for our next holiday. We are thoroughly impressed with her going of our her way. Definitely recommend!

    We would have been better off and far less stressed booking our own holiday - don’t go there! 28 Aug - Thanks for your response to this review. I did email your head office several weeks ago. Despite their automated reply stating I would get a response within a week I haven’t heard anything.

    Update: we went into Napier Flight Centre and in 20 minutes Dan had it easy and got it all sorted. Lesson - in-store help is the way to go! We've had a horrible first experience with Flight Centre. We booked simple flights and looked to get them changed. The helpline was terrible, spending double the time on the line because the staff couldn't understand what we were saying. We were hung up on 4 times (amazing that it took 7 phone calls to even try and get to sorting this) and when we were told it was impossible to change, it was suddenly possible if we would buy more flights with them which we are trying to avoid after this experience. We decided to just pay more, take the loss and the lesson of the horrible service and never return, but they didn't honour the quote and deal they gave us within their time limit (which we were told was in one timezone and then told was actually in another timezone). It wasn't done correctly on their end, resulting in us needing to foot the extra cost which was over 30% more. All we wanted was to drop a flight, but before we could do that we had to buy a completely separate flight and then it was suddenly possible to pay to cancel one flight. Continual money grabs and terrible service to beat you into submission and then when you submit they have another money grab. On one call of 2 minutes with AirNZ we got far more support than out of our many calls with Flight Centre. Should have trusted the gut and not trusted them.

    Very poor customer service. My partner was ignored even he had an appointment fixed. The reason she gave was β€œ your name is too long” . Will never go back.
