We loved our Hotels, We joined Intrepid for part and that was awesome.All planned activities for our journey we loved and went extremely well.Our pickup's and drop off's were all perfectly on time.    My family and I highly recommend You Travel Napier for all your travel needs. Tyler recently organised our family holiday to Thailand. He was professional, efficient, and exceeded my expectations. Tyler organised everything from our flights, accomodation, transfers and activities. He gave me wonderful advice based on personal experience which made our trip very successful. Steve was wonderful at handling our unfortunate situation of delayed flight resulting in missing our next flight, I was pretty stressed when I got hold of him which would have been very late NZ time, he calmed me down, sorted everything out and saved the trip. Once we arrived home, Tyler went above and beyond to get all the information required for our insurance claim and walked me through exactly what to do so it ended up being a very quick process. It was obvious from all our communication and prompt solutions that the team genuinely cares about their clients. We would not hesitate to use You Travel Napier again :)

   I would highly recommend YOU Travel Napier - my wife and I recently did a pretty full on trip through Singapore, UK and Europe. All the accommodation and travel arrangements worked out perfectly and the recommendations for tour company's to use etc far exceeded expectations.    I highly recommend using YOU travel. Stephen was awesome to deal with. Kind, welcoming and went the extra mile for us in finding us the best deal for a family holiday. We were called back with a great deal under our budget within a couple of hours. We really appreciated the time and thought he put into it making sure it was child friendly, gorgeous accommodation and flights with hardly any layover time which is huge for us when travelling with a baby. Thanks again for doing that for us Stephen.

   Stephen Jennings and his team at You Travel, Napier have booked all my overseas travel for a number of years. In virtually every instance they have obtained better fares and connections than I could do myself and saved me hours on a computer. I’ve found them totally trustworthy, extremely knowledgeable and have excellent connections in the industry which they pass on to their customers, something you don’t get if you book your own travel. Within a month of planning my 2020 travel we had to cancel 3 trips due to the Convid-19 virus and boarder closures. Stephen and his team set to and canceled all my air travel, rental cars and accommodation. To my astonishment they organised a 100% refund of all costs and I didn’t have to embark on the fruitless mission of trying to claim insurance. Thanks You Travel, Napier your service is exemplary and I have no hesitation in recommending You to anyone wanting to travel.
