Was approached about a month ago by the store D very rudely about being someone im not tresspassing in the store no apology when she figged out I wasnt the person She though I was. Also to be screamed at another name and chased throufh the store like tour trying to avoid her was very confronting not to mention embarrassing the looks I got!! Not okay also now looking into other beauty places to get my brows done as that was not okay behavior.
I have to say this Farmers is nicer than any of the stores in Christchurch But rude customer service by an older lady manning the general station by the make up this morning. Rude and disinterested sums her up perfectly.
A heartfelt thank you to the young woman who gave the most brilliant customer service on Wednesday 8th October at Dunedin Farmers Dept store. I am grateful for her assistance in not only serving me at the "pay here" counter (by the new entrance way) but carrying my rather awkward purchase to my car. Made a huge difference to my shopping experience. Unfortunately I did not take note of her name. Again thank you
What a beautiful store. So well laid out. I walked in past several young staff who dropped their heads and looked away. No customer service until I got to menswear. A lovely Asian man took some time to say hi and offer help. After passing a few staff that offered no service, I was pleased to meet someone who wanted to help. i wished I had taken note of his name as he was a credit to your store when a couple of staff weren't!
Majority of the staff seem brain dead, went in yesterday & the sales person couldn't count change so they had to ask another sales person for help. I got pushed out the way by a staff member with a cart of boxes because he moved in my walking path then looked at me like I was stupid. It really seems like they hire any old person off the street,
Store had a refresh and things are looking a lot more tidy. When I went there today there were a lot of items on clearance. Friendly staff throughout the store who were more than happy to help. Great visit
Desk lady was nice and friendly to me, she made me feel less embarrassed about my purchase. I find Farmers a little too expensive for me, although it is handy how it is a convenient path to another side of town.
