    Today, one of my rear tires suddenly lost air, so I had to make an emergency stop and visit the shop. There was only one staff member on duty, but he was incredibly professional and kind. Most importantly, he was very honest. I was worried that I might need to replace the tire, but after checking its condition, he reassured me that it wasn’t necessary and handled everything quickly and expertly. I regret not asking for his name. Thank you for making our trip to Dunedin even more special. I truly hope more businesses like this exist.
