Always willing to offer an explanation to those a little less in the know, nothing seems to be a bother. They're also fantastic at offering a good deal when your tyres are a little out of the ordinary. 100/10 would recommend

   Happy to squeeze us in where possible, and the team really know their stuff. We had a few tyre rotations, wheel balancing and alignment and even thought the numbers on the test results seemed really minor, they managed to take out a horrible little wobble that I was having at the steering. will be going back again

   If i could give zero star, i would. The manager for this branch/cumberland was very rude, unpolite and so not accommodating, m telling you customer service isn't his thing. So here is the story, i bought a battery from Andy bay branch and it stopped working so i brought it back to them and they accepted it as its under warranty. the guy at Andy bay branch was very helpful though and polite. Now when the battery was ready to be picked up they have asked me to get it from Cumberland branch and well o well the manager was very rude, he was giving me the look that i shouldn't be there, why? because I've returned a faulty battery? he told me that its not the battery's fault and he has to charge me $20 for it. WOW unacceptable. i mean i wouldn't really mind the $20 but his attitude towards a customer was off. i mean yes he is the manager there i get it but i don't work for him, i was a customer. i believe customers shouldn't be treated better than that. Message to the owner, hire a new manager, save your business, you will lose your potential customers, i have 5 cars to maintain and i buy a lot of tires and batteries for them, will not recommend this shop to all my colleagues...

   Can’t say enough about this business. On our way home from Dunedin we were both unfortunate and fortunate to have a blow out on one of our tyres. As luck would have it we pulled over outside the home of the store manager. (I know what are the odds) Not only did Cameron change the tyres on our case he then had us follow him back into town (on a Sunday afternoon) and then opened the store and put two new tyres on our car. This is the kinda service you dream of. (Yes he did make a nice sale but we were going to need the tyres eventually) New Zealand needs more ppl like this ppl that go out of their way to help others. Don’t even think about going elsewhere.
