Extremely disappointing and sad after being Filys tonight.. I ordered the Chicken pizza ..which was meant to have cranberry sauce. The cranberry topping I could barely taste it. I told the staff the pizza was bland and had no flavour.. to the manager even.. he was not helpful in the slightest.. kept saying " weve never had no complaints about our pizza's in 20 years " .. Well they don't see their reviews on here. As I can clearly see 12 that had issues with their pizza's.. They did not remedy my situation in no shape or form . Which in hospitality is pretty shameful in this day and age..They just took offence and made me feel like the crappiest person alive for having a voice.. I will never go back there for dinner and waste 80 dollars like I have today.
