   A while ago I ordered my usual pizza and added 2 sauces I havnt had before I ordered the bass to be deep and as I have worked at a dominos before I knew instantly it wasn't a deep and just a regular when I told the person at the counter they said it was deep so they lied so I just continued with my day also the wait time is insanely long for a Friday I get it's busy but they should have someone making the pizzas at all times and they shouldn't need 2 people doing cut and sauce and no one was at the counter and when my order was called out I said yep and went to the counter then had to wait another 5 min for them to come up another customer had their order called they came up like I did but no one brought our order out I was very upset by the way they laid out the staff in the kitchen the delivery drivers shouldnt be having to do the counter you should always have one on every station especially on a Friday night due to why it took 20 min just to get a single pizza and a garlic bread that ended up being mounted I wrote this on their survey as I'm upset by that night but no reply as to why I'm reviewing on google

   I am absolutely shocked at the state of Domino's Dunedin - Great King St Location. This store is beyond grubby and filthy. I am terrified to just think what the back looks like, if this is what the front is looking like. Staff are taking orders and making orders and in-between there is absolutely no level of hygiene. Gloves are being worn yes, but the same person making orders is also taking orders with the same gloves on. So what's the point and where does hygiene come into play ? Food quality is definitely below average and toppings are nowhere to be found. Its either poor preperation or the stock is old.

   If I could, I would give this branch 0 stars. Every time I have been here, it has been disappointing. I used to buy pizza from here every time I had a pizza craving, but every time the service was terrible, and I would be lucky to get mediocre service. The pizzas are depressing, with usually only 2 meat pieces per pizza!!! The staff only talk to you because they have to — not friendly at all. And the pizza is poorly made; even the crust is terrible. Service, pizza, and even their cars are bad!! Please maintain the delivery cars — every time I see one of their cars, it is either beaten up or you can hear something wrong in the engine. Sometimes it’s both! Now I go to Pizza Hut because their pizzas are crafted well, and the staff is really friendly — and they keep this up in all their branches! Whatever it is, I do not recommend Domino’s.

   Disappointing and food was not consumed everything was burnt from topping to crust and bottom of the pizza and garlic bread! Called for compensation or re-make order but manager refuse to remake or refund. Very unpleasant experience and behaviour.

   Wish I could give less than 1 star. They delivered uncooked garlic bread which was super cold, untoasted and the butter inside had not even melted - completely uncooked as if they just grabbed it and sent. The fries were also completely cold and had no seasoning whatsoever despite being sold as "seasoned with Domino's pizza salt". . When I called their store to complain, the lady was extremely rude and provided an incorrect email address to forward the pictures on and ended the call saying she was too busy. Called her back to get the correct email address and again she proceeded to give an incorrect email and end the call, saying she will call back in 15 minutes. She did not call back and so I will upload those pictures here of the money and time I wasted here. Their advertising of "Not 100% satisfied with your meal? We will replace or refund it." is completely false and misleading with this level of customer service and food they're providing. Super disappointing !!

   Many thanks to Blake and Noa!! Awesome customer service!! We ordered pizza on or our way to our aibnb and got delayed. We were worried that the pizza would arrive before us, so we called them. They did not hesitate to delay the order and accommodate us with a smile (even if we ordered through Uber eats). Awesome guys! Thank you for making our day better. PS: The pizzas were delicious

   I ordered a Hawaiian pizza for home delivery which arrived promptly. However I couldn't enjoy it because it was too burnt. I couldn't finish two slices as the pizza was too burnt not only was the cheese burnt but the pineapple and ham too. I made a complaint and got a new pizza as exchange which was also a bit burnt but edible. I wouldn't recommend home delivery. I think next time I would go directly to the store to pick it up.

   Always get order wrong, miss out things and the end presentation is trash. When trying to get ahold of them to rectify the situation their phone is either off the hook or they don't answer. I have tried other modes of communication and they don't respond. They substitute ingredients and really cheapen out on the topping. Literally highway robbery. Worst domino's in Dunedin. The photo I added was meant to be a cheesy scroll. It was literally a smooshed up ball of raw dough with a sprinkle of cheese on it.

   Used to love the vegan options for my boyfriend, however, last time he got a vegan Godfather, there was no plant-based beef and no olives (not by choice). This time, same order, there was only a sprinkling of plant-based beef and they were burnt, as well as one singular olive piece. The redeeming quality is that one of the non vegetarian/vegan pizzas was decent, the other was burnt though. Also didn't get my receipt. (Didn't think to get a picture of the time there was no toppings, showing the most recent one)(They were busy and I didn't want to drive all the way back so didn't complain straight to them)

   Usually Dominoes is good but not great today, all pizzass were burnt with one being practically inedible. Not many ways to leave feedback or to make a complaint/to resolve the issue. Called the store and awaiting a call back from the manager - will update if this happens or doesn't happen. Still poor effort dominoes!
