    The best food I've had in the Swamp City. As a certified Char kway teow fanatic since the days of KK's in Wellington back in the 90's, this place has the honour of being the only Godly tier food in Chch for me. Real wok hey flavour infused throughout, that smokey depth. Medium spice, the perfect blend of egg and rice noodles, just a hint of soy and as much chilli as you want. Veggies and shoots just enough for texture and taste. Plump shrimp and perfectly stir fried chicken. Get the extra egg for $2. It adds so much to the dish. And all laid on that solid foundation of the wok hey smokey flavour. The only dish that I will travel specifically all the way out to New Brighton just to get. Please don't stop Adam, or I'm leaving... Godly tier - nothing else comes close. A must have for lovers of Malaysian food.

    One thing that's never changed about Adams is the absolutely amazing food! I often drive to markets just to get some of these noodles! My only complaint would be in regard to the service, there is a newer? employee taking payments and she has quite a negative attitude toward the job and the customers, which is very frustrating because it sours the good taste of the food!
