Worst Indian meal I’ve had. Admittedly should have read the reviews before ordering the 2 for 1 butter chicken, watery with no flavour. If I’d paid the $28 asking price for one dish I would have called and complained but even as a 2 for 1 deal it was a rip off. Naans were also burnt and dry

Fantastic restaurant — one of the best Indian places around! Tried their chicken tikka masala and sahi paneer , both were bursting with flavour. Service was fast and friendly. Highly recommend Indian Ocean for anyone who loves authentic, high-quality Indian food.
Really disappointed with the food we ordered tonight. It wasn’t cooked properly and didn’t taste good at all. Definitely not worth the money.
Fabulous restaurant right in Ferrymead. Family run and the owner is such a great host. If you are looking for good clean Indian food you must come to Indian Ocean. We had Lamb Anari and prawn masala but I recommend highly any food here. You won't be dissappointed. Bring your friends and family and celebrate special occasions. They own LaRuby Thai place behind this restaurant. They are both our go to. Always made to feel special.
