At Subway Paeroa, the menu stays simple, bistro-style, served with an easygoing pace. Team members keep things friendly and on task. Portions are generous yet well judged. Value feels fair for the spread. Wait times are contained even when busy.
You get some really cool offers on the Subway App, but Paeroa never participates in them. "Not Applied" every time. They also continue to mess up my orders. Quite an inefficient branch of Subway.
Dropped in for a dinner on the run, last subway (not from Paeroa) didn't impress - nearly stopped me coming to subway again. However these young ladies have restored my faith both in subway and people. Food was really good but I left my wallet behind and they very kindly handed it into the police, I got it back pretty quickly... THANK YOU soooooo much!! Klint from Tauranga
It's been a while since I've had subway but dropped by for a quick takeaway dinner on my trip. The buffalo with blue cheese dressing was advertised in store and looked pretty good so I asked for that. As the guy was making my sandwich and started to put in what looked like plain dry chicken I made it clear again that I wanted the buffalo chicken and I'm not sure if he misunderstood me but he just proceeded to make the sandwich. When I got up to cheese, I asked him about what cheese options were there and he didn't seem to know what types of cheese they had themselves. I'm assuming he's new to working at subway but his customer service needs improving and I didn't even get the sandwich I asked for, nor were there any other explanations given. I was on a time crunch so just left the store with the order they made but was disappointed.
Best Subway i have visited so far in North Island ! This store is super clean and the best part is indoor/outdoor seating area and toilets which were very clean. Staff were trained properly and food was great too. I would love to visit again and share my experience with others !
