   Absolutely delicious waffles with a variety of fresh fruit and lemon curd. Loved the toasted passionfruit marshmallows and the reasonable price. Friendly attentive service. It was extremely noisy in the back room and we had to raise our voices to be heard so not the best for relaxed conversation. Apart from that I was very impressed and will definitely return.

   Wonderful setting. All the staff were very friendly and polite. Beautifully dressed. Good menu, good choices. Meals were just right, all delivered at the same time, hot and tasty. Wonderful setting. And the prices are very reasonable.

   Little Poms was excellent and probably the second-best meal we’ve had while travelling around New Zealand. We ordered a hot chocolate and an iced chocolate, both made with their homemade chocolate sauce, which was delicious. They were easily some of the best hot and iced chocolates we’ve had. The cappuccino and latte were also very well made. For food, we tried the ricotta blueberry hotcakes, chilli scrambled eggs, and the breakfast sandwich. The breakfast sandwich was a nice portion size and didn’t make you feel heavy after eating it. The ham was really good, and the flavours were well balanced. The ricotta blueberry hotcakes were beautifully made and presented, not overly sweet, with a nice tartness from the berries and berry sauce. The vanilla ricotta balanced the flavours perfectly. The chilli scramble was also excellent, with well-seasoned mushrooms and a nice balance of flavours. The banana smoothie was very good as well. The atmosphere was lovely, and even though the café was busy, it was still easy to have a conversation without too much noise. The café itself is decorated beautifully, and the toilets were clean and well maintained. Overall, a great experience and definitely worth a visit.

   Real, physical menus, 2 fat marshmallows with hot chocolate. She got the eggs Benny, I got the French toast with Mascarpone pistachio orange and maple. Quite a dark chewy thick cake. Flavours were spot on. I tried some of her chipotle Benny - lightly spiced. Atmos was warm, playful and chatty. It encouraged conversation. Quick and attentive service Well done

   Classic British. An elegant caffe to have a relaxing moment. The scone with chocolate is amazing, just baked and you can taste it. I did not need the butter in it...it is already very well flavoured

   Bustling breakfast place full of locals, family groups and groups if friends create a great atmosphere. With dog friendly tables outside. The food has a great NZ twist and was simply busting with flavour. Coffee good and service amazing. Make sure if you eat breakfast in Christchurch at least one if them is here.
