   Unfortunately one of the most unpleasant fillet of fish meals i have ever had and this is saying something as a 51yr old who has eaten my fair share of McDonald's. The service at the drive through also became frustrating when accent made it difficult to place the order. @McDonalds please make sure your staff are completely able to be understood on a headset.

   I go to this McDonalds often, and I can say the service here is very efficient and welcoming. I have never had a problem with the food and the drive through staff are always very friendly and nice. Especially Ashley who works the second window as he is very quick with getting the food out and is a very pleasant young man to talk to for the quick encounter I see him while getting food.

   Cold fries, undercooked cheeseburger smothered in tomato sauce workers looked stressed understaffed didn't want to disturb them with a complaint. large male screaming across from coffee station too workers in prep area not professional. Use to be a great place to eat at wont be coming back.

   Waited over 40 minutes for our order that never came. Went up to ask about it and they hadn't even started cooking it and asked if I wanted a rush put on it or a refund. Asked if I can just have a refund because now I don't have time to wait as I need to get ready for work. Complete waste of time that I now can't eat before work and nothing offered to make up for wasting the hour I had left before work.

   I generously told my daughter that this place had improved. I have in the past waited up to 50 minutes for my order and queued waiting for my order to be taken and the intercom doesn’t work. The drive through just sucks. The food itself is often cold and the order is seldom correct. Last Friday I decided to give it another go, included in my order was a fillet of fish burger. This was served in an inedible state. It was had dry curled at the edges and looked like it was a month old. The assembly of this food was was also disgusting. Can the people who put the meals together not see the advertisements. They constantly over promise via advertising and under deliver via the food they serve. The handiest Mc Donald’s to where I live but the worst I’ve ever been to anywhere in New Zealand.

   Not a great visit to be honest. The server didn’t know how to use the player of the day voucher & tried to charge me for it even after everything ordered was in the voucher & it was clearly complimentary. I was told twice there’s no McCafé which I said both times that’s fine it can be a hot chocolate. The supervisor then said my son could only have 1 item when again it was clearly all 3 items as we had to select them within the app. There were no emotions shown by staff or apologies. Food was served fast and no issues there but the service was terrible so on that precedence I’d prefer not to return to this location.

   I used to really rate this McDonald's but I think they're far too busy. Continuously missing items, slow service and a terrible feeling after ordering every single time. Quite often our burgers have a majority of the ingredients missed out and I'm dumbfounded how this is even possible.... Pictured is my burger missing two lots of cheese, bacon, mustard, sauce and pickles... In our last order from Menulog we were missing the fries and toy from the happy meal and one of our 4 desserts from our combo. Do staff need more training, a check list or is the staff shortage an issue for the amount of people coming through?
