Very disappointed was looking forward to genuine Thai food. Spring rolls for $11.90 no value here they were tiny. Chicken satay was under cooked and not tender. I re cooked at motel. Husband had Mussaman curry with 1 Roti he said it was okay. $51 Total not worth it.
I see the modest rating on this place and I have to intervene. This is among the best Thai food that I have eaten in New Zealand and in my travels in the world. The curry gravies are rich and thick and full of flavor. The rice is perfectly done. The roti is perfectly done. I've been able to taste several dishes because I've had an extended stay in this area, and also many people staying here with me have also returned again and again to this restaurant. A+++, I have to really highly recommend this restaurant. It is excellent.
We got invited to dine here by some Thai friends/family and were very satisfied with the experience. We chose to let our friends order for us and did not regret it, as they picked many things which we never would have ordered. Will be back here next time we’re looking for dinner on that side of town.
Such a lovely place to go with friends or family. Good prices and food is full of flavour and extremely good value.
Worst pad Thai I have ever had. The noodle weren’t even the correct noodles you usually see with pad Thai. There was no sauce and instead of a lemon squeeze then gave you a slice of orange which you couldn’t even squeeze the juice out of to get some sort of flavour as it was so thin. Curry puffs were good but I got about .2 ml of sweet chilli which didn’t go far enough. Will not be coming back.
The food was fantastic, great portion sizes, ate 1/2 when I got full and was able to take the other 1/2 home. Got the Satay chicken sticks as an entree, was very tasty! Chicken Pad Thai for a main. The only negative is service was very slow this night due to only having 2 chefs on
I have enjoyed my dining experience. The food is tasty. Hot/spicy level can be customised to suit diners' preference. I have been here many times. I will come back for more.
