   I recently placed an order over the phone, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The staff member I spoke with was abrupt and dismissive, and when I tried to clarify the wait time, she responded quite sharply. When I arrived to collect my order, I was told it wasn’t available because it had been given to someone else. Throughout the interaction, the staff member continued to turn her back while speaking to me and did not offer an apology for the mix-up. While the food itself was reasonably priced and portion sizes were good, the customer service experience was poor and left a very negative impression. I hope this feedback can be taken constructively, as respectful communication and accountability would make a big difference for future customers. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I won’t be returning.

   Im not sure about the previous reviews as it's seems the quality has gone downhill since . We had them a few months back and we're not that impressed then but gave them the benefit of the doubt and had them again the other night. Although there was a good amount of chips they seemed to have been cooked in old oil as they were very dry and everything else was bland and barely edible. This was not just my opinion but 3 others. Will not be going back until they improve. :(

   Been going here for the last 2 months,normally cooked ok we ask for no salt,but ordered a bacon,egg,onion pattie it was really over cooked and burnt,so couldn't eat it,but yay no salt...

   Great guys great service good what I have. Good to be a bit more cleaner in the waiting area and perhaps better chairs if needed. Not good looking at old shabby chairs.

   New go to fish and chip shop! Not only is everything delicious, but they are one of the only shops around that were able to confidently confirm there were no dairy products in their fish or chip batter. Was super easy to question and order over the phone, and pick up was ready in 5 minutes. Delicious food and fantastic service to match - truly appreciate!
