   I made two separate orders for 4 burgers which was picked up through the drive thru at 10.40pm. When we returned home and checked the bag, there were only three burgers. I returned immediately to the store and told the guy at the counter that there were only three burgers and he was adamant that he put 4 burgers in the bag. Then without checking anything further or apology or solution, he proceeded to close the window and said the store is closed ?? Also he claimed he’s the manager. If this is the calibre of your managers working in a busy store, good luck with retaining business. Very poor manner of handling a situation which would have been simple to resolve by correcting the issue. Mistakes can happen specially when close to closing time. There is no reason for me to waste my gas and return to the store to get burger that would have cost $3. So four of us going for a late night burger ended up with only 3 in the end and irritated on 1st of Jan. I would like someone from the management team to contact me regarding this poor customer service.

   Severely understaffed with very long wait times. Staff were so stretched that someone was called back early from their break to get back to work which is completely unacceptable. It’s clear corners are being cut rather than properly staffing the store. To top it off, my Whopper burger was cold.

   Why are all the gigantic illuminated life-sucking signs on when it's closed? It's stupid. Yes we know there's a Burger King there, but at 12am when we can't buy anything from you because you have stupid hours, do you have to remind us? It's like a cry for attention "oooh don't forget about Burger King, the next time we're open, which is probably not when you want to buy food" Stupid

   False advertisement of fries, if you want to change new fries at least put in the correct pictures. I wanted thin fries, I don’t want thick fries. In fact, it’s a freaking chips.

   tbh i’ve been let down by this burger king before but the beautiful sherbet fizz king fusion i got last night made by a lovely man was super delicious and really cheered me up after i was feeling a bit down all day, so im giving it 5 stars

   Service at the drive thru was mediocre to say the best, but typical of today's service at most drive thu's. The food was disappointing, and nothing like the pictures and semi warm, not hot. My son complained of a sore stomach for several hours afterward, and my stomach wasn't much better. Honestly, I won't be back again. Sorry BK but it was the worst experience.

   The new BK App is horrible to use, takes too long to order something compared to the previous version. Deals aren't really deals anymore, unfortunately due to these two reasons I will not be using the app or buying BK again

   Arrived 10 mins before closing said they won’t make any food for us because they can’t be bothered. The worst service and the most rude staff I have ever come across. I get it’s a fast food but it’s not hard to hire people that want to do their job

   The place was clean, organised, the staff was amazing, helpful and friendly. There was plenty of space for parking, as it is located at one of Z petrol stations. Comfortable places to sit, the food was good as expected and it didn't take long to get our order placed and delivered.
