   Have stayed at this hotel many times and I have to say it definitely is one of my favorite hotels to stay in lovely staff lovely rooms comfortable beds and spa jet bath in our room, the only thing I would recommend is getting the place fitted out with sound deading can hear people in room next to you other than that the restaurant food is pretty awesome, my main highlight everytime is the buffet breakfast it is top notch

   Amazing Decor in the Bar and Dinning room . The rooms are neat and clean . Very good mattress. The Duty Manager Bryan was amazing . The serve coffee along with a small cookie loved it , beers are at a great price too

   I recently dined at The Pavilions Hotel restaurant in the evening, and I have to say the service was absolutely outstanding. Georgia looked after us, and she was incredible from start to finish. She greeted us with a huge, genuine smile that instantly made us feel welcome. Throughout the night, her attention to detail, professionalism, and warm personality really stood out. Nothing was too much trouble, and she made the whole experience feel special. Georgia is a true asset to the team, and I would highly recommend asking for her if you want exceptional service!

   We stayed for one night last Saturday, upon checking in we found ants all over the kitchen top and stove, we called reception and they sent the manager to have a look, his response was "do you live locally? Do you not have a problem with ants yourself" . Found this quite rude as we are paying to stay there and should ensure rooms are checked before guests check in... couldn't move rooms as they were fully booked... could of simply offered us a free drink at the bar. Also had to ring reception at 2am due to music playing all night next door to us

   What a wonderful venue.. breakfast, dinner or drink at the bar.. I had room service most of the time and it was delicious.. comfy beds and very clean rooms. I will be back on my next visit to the beautiful city of Christchurch.

   Staff were awesome, made us feel welcome. Breakfast buffet was wonderful, good selection. Room was clean, tidy and good size. Disliked being so close to the road and the road noise. Parking was not easy either luckily we had a small car.

   Stayed Good Friday… have stayed many times and love this place. Check in easy and early. Had dinner at Jimmy’s… with a couple of family members, food was delicious, our waitress was awesome. Only bummer was when settling the bill. Jared could probably do with some customer service training… his service and arrogant attitude almost ruined the whole night, not to mention his treatment of his fellow workers. But still our fave and will be back!

   Had a great stay here in February, lovely room, very good price, hot jacuzzi, wife and I delighted with what we got for our money. Only wee thing is, I wonder about having ur son employed in the bar as when a note of a slight disagreement was raised, he was simply rude........not so good....but not reflected in the overall score as other than that it was top notch.
