    I had a really good experience at this KFC. The food was fresh and service was quick. A special mention to Shakeila, the manager β€” she was very polite, helpful, and handled everything professionally. You can tell she really cares about customers and her team. Overall, a great visit. Will definitely come back.

    Unprofessional staff and very disappointing experience. I ordered a Hot & Crispy Boneless 10-piece chicken and a Zinger Box meal through the drive-through. When I got home, I realised the fries and bun were missing. I called the store no response.I had to return to the store, and only then were the missing items given. Unfortunately, the food quality was extremely poor β€” the chicken was tasteless and the burger was poorly made. It’s disappointing to see such low standards. This was a complete waste of hard-earned money, and I won’t be purchasing from this location again. I wouldn’t recommend it to others.

    You're better off going to the Hornby location β€” this one is incredibly slow. Be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes in the drive-thru just to get your order. Not worth it if you're in a hurry.

    Such a let down, this is the second time ordering from the KFC by the Christchurch Airport and they have forgotten to add the wicked wings. Had to go back twice when I've reached home already to get my order corrected. Asked for extra seasoning on the fries and got no seasoning at all, asked for a thigh and drum combo and got mostly dry pieces. Please try listen when customers are making their order.

    Very bad, ordered a snack burger with my order, forgot it in my order, so went and got another just for them to put zinger sauce in it. Service wasn’t great, stood there and looked me instead of letting me fix my order. Didn’t find out my meal was messed up until I had gotten home, and was too late to actually go back. And also had ordered a potato and gravy just for it to only be gravy. Wouldn’t recommend this kfc.

    No complaints, The food was nice and because it was pretty empty the service was friendly and our order was brought to our table while another staff member was wiping the empty tables so top Mark's from us.

    Ordered 12 wicked wings though Ubereats and this is what I received. Useless. Tried to call the restaurant but didn’t pick up the phone.

    I ordered online through kfc ordered regular popcorn chicken lunch, snack burger and a regular ultimate tower burger meal, didn't receive the tower burger, the snack burger, the original piece of chicken or the two regular potato and gravys instead the gave us two large gravys a box of wicked wings two large chips and a popcorn chicken snack box this is the 2nd time they have messed up an order but this time the whole order was wrong other than our drinks highly disappointing will not be ordering again.

    An all round disgusting experience, the staff member was extremely rude and accusatory. I had to argue with her to get the correct amount of drinks as we were one short, then discovered once we got home the four burgers we ordered were missing, a total of $34. I rang the "restaurant" five times never to be answered but cut off. They also do not give receipts which I am sure is a legal requirement, this makes it near impossible to come back if your order is wrong. Once upon a time KFC used to be a great cheapish easy yummy meal, not anymore, it is greasy, badly prepared and massively overpriced with horrible unhelpful staff. What a sad sorry place KFC has become, disappointing indeed.

    Second time we have been here and second time we are disappointed. Asked for a zinger stacker with extra mayo. Got asked if we wanted the spicy sauce removed. We said no. He still needed clarification on the mayo aspect. Twice. Another person comes on. Says there's no mayo on that burger. Change of order. Zinger stacker WITH mayo. "So you don't want the spicy sauce?" Yes we want the spicy sauce. But add mayo. Thought it was sorted. I was losing patience. Got to the paying counter. NOT A SMILE. Surliest retail person I've ever had the displeasure of coming across. NOT A WORD from this American/Canadian person. Got home. NO MAYO on the burger. It's not rocket science. And what happened to the rest of our chips? Did an employee get hungry? Drive through sign was pieces of paper stuck to the original sign. One person two cars up got out of his car to stick it back on because it was falling off. All in all dismal. The chicken saved it.
