After trying countless after-work activities and sports, this studio is the only place I’ve consistently stuck with week after week for years. The pole and stretch class have become such a positive and empowering part of my routine—fun, challenging, and incredibly rewarding. The instructors are absolutely amazing: always supportive, encouraging, and truly passionate about what they do. I can’t recommend this place enough!
The decision to start at The Studio changed my life and I don’t know what I would be doing if I hadn’t signed up! The teachers are next level amazing in every way - knowledgeable, welcoming, supportive and fun! The students have become my good friends ♥️ it’s a safe and fun environment with so many classes to choose from, lots of space and lots of lovely people. Couldn’t recommend enough!!
The studio is the best pole and aerial sports studio in Hamilton. The studio has three spacious rooms with many options such as pole dancing, hoops, hammocks and yoga. All of the staff and students are lovely and inviting. If it is your first time, you'll be well looked after. The studio has a great variety and number of classes and practice times in comparison to other studios. They can also host hens parties and they do occasional showcases. I've been at the studio for nearly a year and never have I ever felt more at home.
Absolutely love attending classes here! Started off with beginner A pole at the start of the year. I have have since signed up for a membership and am taking both pole and aerial hoop classes now and it's the best decision I ever made. All the instructors are so supportive and all us students get to encourage each other along the way. My fitness level and confidence has gone up so much and I always look forward to my classes each week. Can't recommend the studio enough!
Such a cool place, from the very beginning it’s a positive, supportive environment for a great workout! Good range of classes on at all times of the week. Just as cheap as a gym membership but way more fun!
The Studio is honestly my happy place. I started off here for pole and now do Aerial hoop and will soon be starting aerial hammock. It's the coolest way to get fit and the tutors are amazing. I always leave this place feeling so good!
Been attending classes here for awhile now. Love this place, everyone is really nice and happy. Instructors are super friendly and love to see you progress. If you are unsure if aerial arts are for you. Just give it a go. You have nothing to loss. But everything thing to gain.
