Fastlane is such a perfect gym for people of all levels and abilities! There is such a wide range of people in the community but no matter where you are at everyone is so welcoming and kind! The class selection, cafe food/drinks, heated pool and friendly staff definitely make the experience so amazing!
Fastlane is your one-stop shop for fitness and wellbeing, with an amazing heated pool, a well-equipped gym, a wide variety of classes, and a delicious café. There’s truly something for everyone! The staff are so friendly, and you can really feel the strong sense of community at this gym.
I’ve been a member at Fast Lane Gym for a while now, and the gym itself is well-equipped with everything you need and also having an indoor pool. They’re always ready to assist with any questions and support. They offer workout sessions that anyone can join and plus, the cafe is a nice bonus where After a workout, it’s great to grab a smoothie or snack. The atmosphere is always welcoming, and strong community.
The environment here is clean, the service is very nice and friendly, and the gym also has free coach guidance and follow-up per 6 weeks. It is worth recommending.
Located right in downtown Hamilton, Fastlane is more than just a swim school for kids—it's an absolute blast! It was so wonderful to see my kids overcome their fear of the water and learn to swim while playing and having fun. The location is super convenient, especially for a stop after work, and there's plenty of parking. If you're looking to create some amazing memories for your kids in the middle of a busy week, this is the place to be. The coaches' enthusiastic teaching helped my kids improve their skills and confidence. It was truly the perfect choice!
Swim Member for over 5 years. Did swim lessons as well as my own training. Recently could not swim for 6 months had prepaid for swims. Started back swimming and found majority of my swim credit had been used by ??. Raised with director she said prove it!. They have my photo on file I think fast lane should prove it.
Beautiful pool with wide lanes, sparkling water. Water temp is perfect and the changing rooms have everything you need. I have only used the pool on a casual basis but would def join if I lived closer. Very friendly front desk and cafe is superb.
My daughter comes here for swimming lessons, she is doing very well under excellent instruction.
It’s a lovely gym but the customer service can immensely improve. I walked in to check out the gym & understand the membership options and the gentleman behind the counter( a young blonde man) could have been more active at his role. I requested him to teach me more about the membership plans and he handed a piece of paper with the information and continued chatting with his mates. I basically had to make sense of the plans from the brochure and give myself a gym tour. I Hope you guys take this positively and work on that bit because it’s a beautiful space you got there.
This review is just for the cafe: great selection of food, which tastes quite good with good quality ingredients, however the prices are very expensive for the small portion sizes.
