Really outstanding Moroccan Lamb Salad! My smoothie was delicious, too! What a fabulous lunch. Unfortunately became very drowsy at my desk for a while afterwards...
Bought a custard donuts cost $8 small dount and no plastic plates given no tissue given , they expect to cut it on paper.. lady served no customer service skill didn't smile or thank you.. Wouldn't recommend it to family or friends for food , only good thing is coffee. .. Even an tinny piece of cake is almost 7$ it's a ripp off in price
This place is a mixed bag that probably only survives because of the location. Service is sometimes outstanding, other times unfriendly or super slow. The cabinet food is consistently average to bad, and overpriced. The coffee is usually good though and there are a good range of drink options.
Love the private, quiet atmosphere present in Momento cafe. Quality baristas produce top class service. The food here is excellent. Call in next time you visit to the hospital. Located beside the Pembroke Street car park behind the bus stop. The café is wheelchair friendly. I would recommend the selection of different slices. Absolutely divine.
I really enjoyed lunching here. The food is tasty and the menu quite varied. People are always very friendly and helpful. Acoustics are not great, so can get noisy when busy. (Don't expect a romantic place) but by far best lunch option in the hospital and environment!
Positives: the shake I had was delightful! Happily pay the price again for another. Negatives: For the price range, the food was meh. Had a smashed avo, and the avo was overpowered by whatever spice mix they were using. The eggs were nicely poached tho. The loaded wedgies I ordered tasted like they had been microwaved at some point in the process, so a huge let down. The service was overall very polite and professional, but the timing of the dishes was abysmal (hence the 2 stars)I got my shake 15mins before I got my meal, which was 10mins after my companion was served theirs. Needless to say, the shake was drunk before my meal got to me. I do hope that the staff are getting paid a decent wage because that would be the only justification I'm willing to accept
Had salmon eggs benny. Very disappointed for the price. The salmon was so thin at first I thought they had given me bacon. And it had been fried in the pan. Would have been happier if it had been a small fillet or even the thin stuff uncooked. Eggs were firmer than i like. And they were $28.
No complaints. Was a wonderful little Café with delicious food.
I enjoyed my omlete it was delicious and yummy an would recommend this cafe to everyone customer service was perfect well mannered presentation on the food side was excellent
