I had dinner here with First Table, and honestly it was great. The food was a little salty, but it actually went so well with a beer. Everything was tasty, but the chicken drumsticks and the homemade pork sausages were the real winners — so good! And the staff were super friendly too. I’ll definitely be back!
What a fabulous time at brazooka! Immaculate food and matching service. Our server Kaue never left us hungry. With food constantly being delivered, you get to experience the full menu. The food itself was a 10/10. The premium skirt steak was both of our favourites. The atmosphere was wonderful, bustling with life, great music and happy faces. Would recommend to all I know and can’t wait to come back.
So we reserved a table for 3 adults and a kid. My sister and bro in-law went here for dinner to celebrated their wedding anniversary. It was SuperB! Food was delicious, The service and staff are very nice. The place is warm.
I’ve been a loyal customer for several years and have always had wonderful experiences dining here, which is why I chose your restaurant to host some Canadian guests for dinner recently. I made a booking three weeks in advance for a Friday evening at 5:30pm. When we arrived, we were informed we’d been seated in the “back room.” Unfortunately, the space felt very disconnected from the main restaurant - minimal atmosphere, just a few tables, and a young family with children had been already seated. It wasn’t what I’d expected for the occasion. I’d I spoke with the staff at the front and explained the situation, including that we had booked well in advance. They were understanding and moved us to a booth in the main dining area, which I appreciated. However, once seated, the service felt unusually rushed. All of our dishes came out very quickly, to the point that one of our guests felt overwhelmed. I found myself trying to manage the situation and help her feel more at ease, which made it difficult to enjoy the evening. I couldn’t help but wonder if asking to change our table might have affected how we were treated, as the pace and energy felt markedly different from what I’ve experienced in the past. I even hesitated to ask for sides or extras, which is not how I’ve ever felt dining here before. It was disappointing, especially given how consistently positive my previous visits have been. I truly hope this was just an off night, as I’ve always recommended your restaurant to friends and visitors. The absolute best food I've ever had in all of New Zealand! Absolutely delicious meats from chicken, pork, beef, and lamb. The service was above and beyond. Our drinks arrived within seconds of ordering, and we had a continuous flow of delicious food. The experience is worth the money. I can only recommend Brazooka! Not really suitable if you don't eat meat, though.
My goodness! What a great place. As an Argentinian, I was very nostalgic about my dad and brother’s bbq. I came to Brazooka and felt like home! The food is amazing and the service is so friendly as well! I loved it. Thank you guys for an amazing experience.
Great customer service and atmosphere . Average food .The meats especially the rump cap was served medium well to well done even after requesting for rare - medium rare .
Had a reasonable dinner on their set BBQ menu. Also had a cocktail that was ok. Most of the servings are chicken and pork with limited beef and lamb which are offered much less frequently than chicken and pork. The taste of the limited beef and lamb are better than the chicken and pork. The red meats vary from very rare to well cooked, depending on which part they slice for you. The green salad is very good and they also provide three dipping sauces that are nice. There is also a variety of other non meat dishes but these were not to my liking. Overall a 3-4 star experience and would rate higher if they are more generous with beef and lamb servings. Thank you.
