   Today, my husband and I went out for a late breakfast. We were excited because we had heard that a new breakfast café had opened. We started by ordering coffee. The coffee was piping hot and very well made, and it tasted wonderful. After that, we placed our breakfast order, but my order was delivered incorrectly. I informed the staff about the mistake. Immediately, a male staff member and a female staff member provided excellent service. I understand that mistakes with orders can happen often in restaurants. However, I believe the way staff handle such situations really reflects the quality of both the staff and the restaurant. We have often encountered restaurants that blame the customer for order mistakes. But in this case, they quickly acknowledged that it was their mistake, apologized, and then worked together as a team to resolve it. I was truly impressed. Thanks to their mistake, we ended up receiving wonderful service, and our breakfast became even more enjoyable. Because of such amazing staff, we were able to have a very pleasant day. Thank you so much. We will definitely continue to visit.

   Exceeded expectations! First time going to a local club and I was very impressed. Vibrant atmosphere. It was busy but not loud and we were able to find a seat easily. Friendly staff and great service. Great deals for members, we went for the 2 for 1 tonight. Was fully prepared for a long wait for food as the signs say it can take 40-60 minutes when busy but we ordered at 5:30 and I was very surprised it took less than 15 minutes! Burgers were fresh and delicious. Looking forward to trying the rest of the menu. Highly recommend!

   Was at the Papanui Club for a 50th birthday I photographed & honestly can’t fault the place. Staff were onto it the whole night, super easy to deal with & looked after everyone really well. The vibe was great, food & drinks flowing, & it made my job a breeze capturing it all. Would definitely recommend if you’re after a solid spot for an event.

   I was here for various reasons 3 times in 3 weeks and I was impressed every time! The first was for a private function, then dinner and the quiz & finally for a birthday celebration at the buffet on a Saturday night. The food quality was exceptional! The Tuesday night special was outstanding with the chicken wraps & my husband had a carbonara. Excellent portion sizes & not your packet pasta! The buffet was something else altogether- the variety was AMAZInG with loads of vegetarian options. Prawn cocktail, fresh fish, salads, chocolate mousse, potato bake pork belly just to name a few! Pricing for children is very reasonable as is the buffet pricing for adults. There’s a kids area with fun activities, pool tables, plenty of spaces if you want to chill and chat and a great vibe in the place in general. We will be going back for sure!

   The papanui Club ! is an exceptional destination for sports enthusiasts. The massive screens showcasing various games are undoubtedly the main draw. The atmosphere is particularly electric during Rangers games, making it an ideal time to visit. The venue offers an impressive array of dining and drinking options, catering to diverse tastes. However, be prepared for crowds during major games, as it can get quite busy. Overall, I've had an amazing time exploring the multiple establishments within Papanui Club! and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exciting experience.

   Awesome buffet, good food selection. Lots of seating. You take a plate, napkin, and utensils, then choose what you'd like to eat. You can get up as many times as you like. Buffets selection has cheese, meats, seafood, salad, vegetables, pasta, sauces, bread, soup, and dessert. Great staff, fast clean up.

   Dined tonight with a group of friends at the buffet table. Got to say the food was dreadful, quailty very poor and for $30 bucks a head I definitely won't be returning. Left hungry and unsatisfied, so glad the company was outstanding. Sadly a drink and a game of pool might be the best thing that comes out of this establishment!
