Absolutely no service. There were quite a few people in the store who were blatantly trying to find things and no workers made any attempt to help them. The store is way too packed its actually hard to move around. I couldn't find one of the things i wanted and no one was around to assist. Stock was also dusty
I think the prices for the “simple and sunday” clothing are absolutely insane considering they are mainly made of polyester.
Great service from terina. Went in looking at some curtains that where on sale but didn't have my size as they where on the 70% off. She managed to ring some other stores and found them for me (I know it can be hard trying to get other stores to send them). But they had arrived to be picked up in 2 days which is great.
Staff are so friendly and helpful. Great selection of towels and bedding.
Absolutely terrible service. Visited the base as the website said what I was looking for was in stock. What I was looking for wasn’t in stock, and that’s fine. But the response I had from a young girl with curly hair was absolutely disgusting. I said that maybe they could update their online stock whoever is in charge of this so the issue doesn’t happen again with other customers. Her response was absolutely shocking. Like I was trying to attack her, she walked off flustered and angry. Please work on your customer service skills whoever you are, you’ve just lost a customer. It’s easy to say, yeah it’s frustrating. Instead of blurb out your feelings and emotions.
Thank you Teina and Kelly for going above and beyond during my visit to your wonderful store. The carpet is so warm and I look forward to purchasing another one. Highly recommend this store for all your everything you need to make your home beautiful.
Wouldn't recommend this store. I got a kind single on clearance sale lured by its price. It turned out faulty, their return and exchange policy is very unfriendly and so is their staff. There are other good stores around which have better quality of goods and services.
Excited about my purchase bought some new Bamboo Pillows purchase extra large pillow cases all of it on sale great deals on at the moment the staff was very helpful nice and clean easily read on price. No queueing in the store. Had a nice relaxing browse parking out front and it's worth putting things on an account.
