Made the appointment for Turners to appraise my car for a market value 8 days ago the took my car in for the salesperson to take a look at it. He said he would need tot get back to me and 6 days later I call them when I hadn’t received any price from them. Another consultant calls me back to ask me if I’d like them to give me a price indication for the car!! Arghhh don’t bother getting Turners to help you sell your car, I’m guessing that they have too much business or they just don’t care sadly. This has left me very frustrated and I choose not to deal with them again. Plenty of other dealers to work with.
Jade, Jackie and Rob were kind and caring gentleman in every respect. Thank you guys. I can't work my cellphone let alone a computer in a car! Gizmos galore on the steering wheel plus paddles between that and the 'flash as' digital dashboard that automatically does nearly everything. Unbelievable! I was terrified BUT between the 3 men and the Turners coffee machine I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Every question I had was answered in a way I understood, every doubt I had was heard and appropriately nullified. I thank you for your patience with me, TURNERS you rock! Signed: A Boomer.

Bought what i thought was a mechanical good car with no problems listed started leaking oil and prob needs headgasket and mechanic refuses to fix it because "it wasn't serious enough" while obviously losing oil clear as day when i got it back. Thanks man what a joke
Bought a car from them (golf tsi 2011) but ended returning it due to some electrical failure. Easy to deal with when I returned the car but they did not reimburse the money that I spent to fix their faulty car. They said it has to be pre-approved before they can cover it. I literally fixed their car for them not sure if it’s on display again.
I brought a car here from Steve the manager and Micheal, I totally recommend you ask for Micheal, he was helpful , friendly and honest which is rare for a car dealership, Steve the manager is a guy who sticks to his word , he’s a really decent bloke and made the right whole process of buying a car less stressful, thanks Steve . I would definitely go back to these guys only , recommended turners Christchurch.
