This has been the worst experience we have ever had with any car dealership β and itβs shocking that this comes from a company that deals with premium cars. When we raised these issues with the management, the General Manager responded as if everything had been handled properly, tried to shift the blame onto us, and did not even apologise for what their teams had done. They even asked us what we were expecting β but we didnβt raise this to get anything in return. We shared our experience to give honest feedback about how poorly we were treated and how badly things were handled from start to finish. We were assured of a three-month Euromarque warranty at the time of purchase. It was only later we found out this wasnβt true, and nothing was explained about CGA. The promised work was only completed after repeated follow-ups and emails. We were also promised the vehicleβs previous history report, which never arrived. After six weeks, that promise was completely denied, even though we have proof it was mentioned. We were told the car had already undergone a wheel alignment, which was false. When we finally received the report, it had no registration, no odometer reading, and no identifying details. We clearly instructed multiple times not to proceed with mechanical insurance, yet a request was still sent to the insurance company before even contacting us β showing total disregard for what the customer says. A serious mistake was made when the team misidentified a fluid reservoir in the car. We were told it was the coolant reservoir and that a leak had been fixed. Later, we found out it was actually the suspension fluid reservoir. This could have caused major safety issues. Communication was poor and inconsistent. Promised follow-ups never came and the explanations kept changing. WOF and service records were only provided after repeatedly asking, and even then, the wheel alignment report was wrong and unchecked.

Absolutely Avoid - Worst Premium Car Experience Imaginable. Better consider Marketplace/ Trademe than Euromarque. This has been, without a doubt, the worst sales and service experience we have ever encountered, completely unprofessional for a dealership claiming to sell premium cars. The entire process was filled with false promises, misleading information, and total lack of accountability. Key issues included: β’ False Warranty Promise: Sales promised a three-month Euromarque warranty, only to deny it later, forcing an unnecessary fight for basic Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA) rights. β’ Safety Critical Service Error: The service team incorrectly identified a reservoir (claiming it was coolant when it was suspension fluid) leading to me adding the wrong fluidβa mistake that could have caused major damage or safety issues. This is an unacceptable level of incompetence. β’ Misleading Information: We were promised a vehicle history report and a wheel alignment, neither of which was properly delivered. The wheel alignment report provided was a worthless piece of paper with no identifying car details. A subsequent check elsewhere confirmed the alignment was dangerously off. β’ Ignoring Customer Instructions: The team proceeded with a mechanical insurance application after we explicitly and repeatedly declined it. The communication was consistently poor, with staff giving contradictory information, denying their own promises, and failing to provide promised documentation. Do not trust this dealership. It's better to take your premium vehicle to a local service centre for competent and professional care. We will never return and strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

My Jeepβs issue has never been properly resolved. I recently brought the vehicle in due to a problem with the volume up button, which was intermittently skipping and unresponsive. I was told that this is a common issue, but having owned and driven other Jeeps, Iβm well aware of what can be considered normal and what isnβt. It felt as though they were trying to dismiss the problem rather than address it properly.Furthermore, while my Jeep was in for repair, the front right mag wheel was damaged. I have already sent through photos clearly showing the damage caused during its time at the workshop.

In February last year, we purchased a brand-new electric car from Euromarque/Cockram MG that came with rattling and cracking noises in the salon. We also noticed an unusual smell in the car's interior that we thought would disappear. However, it still persists every morning after being parked in the garage overnight and especially in summer. So, early in March 2022, I emailed the sales team a letter describing the issue but couldn't take the car to them in March due to my family member's illness and also hoping that the issue would go away. My husband and I brought the car to Euromarque service facilities in November 2022 as we had been experiencing several issues with the new car, including a noisy salon, which I had previously mentioned to the sales team. We requested a replacement of the car immediately as it was too soon for a new car to have multiple issues and require repairs. Unfortunately, the Euromarque service operations manager declined to provide a refund or a replacement for the car. John wants to solve the problems, and we agreed that the service team would fix everything. Unfortunately, despite multiple attempts, the desired outcome was not achieved. According to the service team's emails and intention to conceal repair details, the issue appears significant and unlikely to be resolved permanently. It's very concerning that we're being compelled to seek Euromarque repair services every 1-6 months to address recurring and fresh issues with the car we purchased from the company as an authorised dealer. The EV deal has been promoted and advertised on their website as a piece of mind which is obviously not. According to the Law, goods must be of acceptable quality. This includes the absence of minor defects, which Euromarque and the electric car they sold clearly did not have. That being said, the consumer has every right to ask to fix the problem. Because Euromarque could not resolve the multiple minor and significant issues after several attempts, it has the right to refuse the vehicle and request a refund or replacement. On June 28th, I informed the brand manager of car issues, including new and existing problems that need urgent repairs to ensure safe driving. It has been over a week since any support has been provided. Therefore, I must bring to your attention some severe issues as follows: β’ Oftentimes, the car doesn't start. I must press the Start/Stop Switch repeatedly, sometimes for 10 -15 minutes. β’ On the screen, the car shows a green ready light, but it's not moving. β’ Occasionally, yellow warnings regarding the high-voltage battery pack appear on the instrument screen. β’ The infotainment system screen is completely malfunctioning. Itβs swished off in the middle of reversing or from the start or during any time of driving or reversing the car. β’ The infotainment system has been constantly restarting in an effort to work correctly again, but unfortunately, it still keeps failing several times a day. β’ If the system screen goes black or becomes unresponsive, we cannot perform essential functions such as changing radio channels or adjusting air conditioning settings, including defrost/demist control. This can be particularly hazardous in winter weather conditions. β’ Interacting with the Radio and Bluetooth while driving. As drivers, it's a significant safety concern for my family and me that we cannot make or receive hands-free calls without risking distractions. Yesterday, I sent an email to the brand manager requesting the arrangement of a service representative to collect the car with issues from our residence today. I am still waiting for the response today and hoping to reach a mutually beneficial agreement to avoid potential legal proceedings. Additionally, the vehicle comes with a warranty lasting under 7 years. So, we would like a refund or replacement in 7-10 days. Can't send videos here. But I have a photo of the black screen when reversing. I'll keep you posted.

Recently purchased a 2018 Kia Sorento 7 seater from there sales team. Very happy with the whole time I had dealing with them. The car was truly better than expected and presentation was outstanding! Super clean inside and out everything sparkly and clean and very much looked like a brand new car. We are based in northland so it came a long way from Christchurch and all the way in an enclosed shipping container with there highly recommended shipping company that only normally transports exotic cars. Nice knowing that for $1700 freight up the country it turns up spotless. Very happy thank you and highly recommend for anyone who expects professional service

I purchased Renault Master L3H2 2019, And the commercial salesman promised that all the parts are and will be available all time throughout. And in May 2021, I had issues with radiator and they don't have any, not even with Renault NZ. Still waiting for parts and van is parked and not movable. Worst company and worst service to their customer. Will never recommend to any friends.
