   Wow- we were treated like royalty when we arrived to pickup our new Corolla cross- Gautam is just the best!! Good communication before and after purchase and so patient with us - explaining all the features and showing us operation etc - first time I’ve met a car salesman who absolutely knows everything about the vehicle and passionate about the process- plus taking the video of the “unveiling “ of the car in the showroom topped off the whole experience- just a wonderful experience and is an absolute credit to Ilam Toyota and Toyota New Zealand !!

   I brought a new 2023 vehicle. My experience in the yard and showroom was good. Got the vehicle home had a good look over due to having previous vehicle faults from Ilam. I found the exhaust hanger mount was not attached and rattling. I'm unsure how it got through the towbar fitting team and the 1st wof without them picking it up. Picture attached
