   Sadly, I received less than reasonable service at Miles Continental (Volkswagen). 15 minutes walking an empty show room looking at vehicles to find no interest from staff in having a conversation. Then on to service to understand why there was a small charge under a the 3-year service plan. A week later and I’m still waiting for a conversation on why the charge was necessary.

   Miles Continental are great and I take my car there religiously for servicing, but I can not give enough praise to Parts Manager, James Tabak. He went above and beyond in trying to help me - really going into bat for me - when State Insurance did everything they could to avoid paying out on a claim, for parts that potentially made my VW less safe. Thank you James!

   They mention that they wash your car complimentary for you when you get a service. LIES!!! Car hasn’t been touched and they tried to get us to sign for work that the car didn’t even need. Typical little young lady first time customer. Tried to pull the wool over my partner. Never returning to this dodgy place.

   I have been using Miles VW for nearly 10 years servicing my vehicle. They have always provided us with great communication, service and value for money. But today’s visit was next level. I truely admire their honesty, as they could have easily carried out some repairs to my vehicle, that was not needed. Thank you to the service team and technician that dealt with my vehicle. Keep up the great work

   Absolutely shocking! Dropped the car off with 3 issues to be rectified, a leak, a faulty launch control and a strange noise. Fixed the leak, replaced the haldex pump and diagnosed the noise as a worn throttle body to be replaced. Replaced the throttle body, the noise persists. Now the noise is a "normal noise" that needs no repair apparently, but don't worry, if something goes wrong you've got the warranty!!! I'm out of pocket and still with a faulty vehicle, And to top it off they've curbed by freshly repaired passenger wheel. The absolute worst experience I have ever had with a garage and that's an achievement.

   Buying a new car was easy. Friendly staff that were not too clingy or pushy. Gave us a run down on car... Gave us a voucher for Cafe for our test drive. Car was great... Came back and we talked price... They knocked a little off total price and we bought there and then... Drive away.

   Just wanted to give a shout-out to James for his excellent service getting a Helix Subwoofer delivered to me across the pond to Australia. Super quick with emails as well as sharing personal insight and experience with the product. It was a seamless transaction and experience. If for some reason I'm in NZ and need to buy a GTI I know where I'm going haha.
