This isn't fast food. The last two times I've been through the drive through it has taken 19 and 12 minutes from ordering to driving away, despite driving straight up to the ordering machine (so no big queues). Food was of McDonald's quality. Team were friendly enough.
Stopped in tonight while passing for a treat. 2 x mcflurry and a frozen fanta float. Added some hot fudge sauce and a flake to both mcflurrys. No flakes recieved. How hard is it to get orders right. Sure, its only $2 but its my $2 that you took for food you didn't supply. Frustrating.
Large fries is half filled, went to ask the counter and they said it’s just like that cause the fries condenses
I come thru and order a large 6 nugget meal, when I was better of getting a medium with the amount of friesi got. So we are calling this a large fries are we? I worked at McDonald’s for 3 years it’s really not that difficult to fill the chips properly.
Slow staff got food home lettuce in both my burgers was brown and slimy was f...... Discusting!! Went back got new burgers but total time for the whole thing was about an hour and a half the wait was the worst and it's ment to be FAST food. Do not recommend this mc Donald's at all!!!!
We take the grandkids here quite often, the food is generally very good, the service is okay but they never give you napkins with your dine in order, the atmosphere is good with play area for the kids but overall the place is always dirty, including the floors, windows and tables, rubbish bins overflowing etc, a big clean would do wonders.
Our order was missing items but they did quickly rectify this when we requested. The playground was excellent, kept the kids busy. The toilets did need a little attention but not as bad as some other fast food restaurant toilets. Overall happy and would go back.
