   Fantastic service from both the sales and service team. We purchased a car a year ago (which wasn't one of theirs - but a Hyundai that had been traded in). The sales guy was lovely and appologised that he couldn't fill the car with gas as it was a Sunday and he didn't have the fuel card. He however promised to fill the tank when we brought it back in 12 months for a free service. True to their word, we took the car back for a wof and it's free service and tank of gas - and they also fixed two minor issues that arose with the car just a few weeks after we brought it. Nothing was too much trouble. Extremely professional, friendly and helpful staff all round. Would definetly purchase from them again.

   I have always known that Suzuki cars are of high quality and very reliable. After comparing various options, I decided to choose the Suzuki Jimny. I visited Southern Autos Botany in the East Auckland area to make my purchase. A big thank you to the sales team, especially Stephen Li, who was not only enthusiastic but also provided clear explanations. He explained all the functions of the car in detail and with great precision. He was patient and responsible! Stephen can speak both English and Mandarin, which made the car-buying process simple and enjoyable while meeting all my requirements. Highly recommended!

   I was very happy with the service I received yesterday at Southern Autos Botany. Their extremely pleasant & efficient receptionist is to be commended for her outstanding customer service & Sawan, the mechanic I dealt with was also very helpful in explaining things to me. A brand new hybrid car was lent to me for a courtesy car & my own vehicle was returned to me all clean & shiny after having been washed & the tyres " blackened" as part of the service. As my car is still under warranty none of it cost me a cent! WELL DONE Suzuki & Southern Autos Botany Ruth
