   Very poor service — I waited over 15 minutes, and no one came to help. When I finally asked one staff member about the product, he said returns or refunds are possible with a 25% deduction, which I understand. because they spend time to remove items. But another person told me there are no returns at all. I’m really disappointed with the inconsistent information and lack of assistance.

   Shocked at how bad and unsuccessful my experience went with Taha Auto Group - After completing the form online to sell my wrecked vehicle over the weekend, I waited till the next business day to find out when I should expect them to inspect/pickup my car... The guy on the phone said 20mins which I waited over an hour - then had a man on foot turn up out the front of my house, who I then greet. He responds with "is that the car" I say yes it is, he then smiles at me, puts his earpiece back in and walks off up the road - not to be seen again, said nothing, not even a I'll be back, nor an offer or a no thanks?! Just a waste of my time! Do not recommend.

   The customer service rep was easy to deal with & quoted me for my van after I gave him details of the vehicle. It took a few days for the towy to arrive. He was very friendly. Good service, fair pay for my old van, free removal, straight forward. It pays to message the customer service rep to confirm pick up so he can pay the money to your bank account which takes about an hour or so depending on what bank you are with.

   I’ve dealt with this company twice and would happily do so again. I made one 2 minute phone call, was offered a fair price, was sent a quick online form to fill out and had the car picked up from my house the next day. Zero hassle. There was a slight hiccup where the payment didn’t come through for the first car, but sorted this with a single phone call and received payment into my bank account the same day. If you need to scrap an old car with minimal hassle give these folks a call.

   My partner asked for a quote to get truck wrecked, they called back fairly quickly but then demanded to view it today. We explained we could do it tomorrow and then they just hung up. Looking at other reviews it looks like their customer service is not good....will avoid.
