Terrible experiencesss! My son has been bothered by headache, tinnitus, and vision issues for several months. We saw GP several times here, what they can do is just advise having more water and giving panadol. They said MRI cannot be done for a child under this case because limited resources in New Zealand, so we have to go to China to conduct MRI. But they cannot even do referrals to the neurologist and itβs been over two months since we saw a doctor last time, and no reply at all from them, and itβs not the first time we got no reply at all after seeing the GP. Not sure itβs just one clinicβs problem or the problem of the whole country. Quite disappointed at medical level in New Zealand, even feel not safe to raise a child in New Zealand, even though itβs said free for children to see a doctor here, but useless! I donβt want to say that, but it is what weβve experienced at Wecare.

I really enjoyed my experience with the doctor 6 weeks postpartum. So easy to book in next day appointments too which was amazing. The dr knew exactly what I needed and helped me with extras that I completely forgot about and I could do a blood test on site too.

Walk in patient as Iβm from the West Coast and over for placement in Rolleston. Great communication with only being able to speak with a nurse, quick turn around time and sufficient information for my diagnosis. Highly recommend and great pricing for a casual walk in patient.

Joined this practice after moving to Rolleston a while ago and had to book an appointment, was able to conveniently do so online. Came in today for the first time and though it was really busy the receptionist was absolutely lovely and welcoming, was then seen quickly by Nurse Rachel and I felt really looked after and cared for when she addressed my concerns, was super kind. Process was super easy and I am really glad I enrolled here, so impressed.

I was really disappointed that no one contacted me before or after uploading my recent blood test results. I was expecting to hear from someone regarding the outcome, especially given the context and the emotional weight of the situation. Instead, I had to check the results on my own, with no explanation or support provided. I understand that clinics can be busy, but a quick follow-up call or message would have gone a long way. Clear communication and patient care should extend beyond just uploading lab results Updated: I really appreciate that the clinic followed up and offered to arrange alternative testing, thank you for taking the time to check in. Dr Hamish Koh is simply amazing. I have very complicated medical needs and Dr Koh always makes me feel listened to and like he cares. I had searched for a GP for a number of years and I couldnβt find one I felt comfortable with ( and who was able to address my medical problems). Then I found Dr Koh. I simply would not go to any other GP now he is my GP. 5 out of 5. Thank you Dr Koh for caring about your patients.

I am a visitor in Lincoln and needed to see a Dr urgently, I was worried when there were no Dr appointments at any of the medical centres. The receptionist at WeCare took the time to ask me what I needed to see the Dr for and suggested I book online to see a nurse, which I did and got an appointment that morning. The check in system was easy at the centre and nurse Maddie was on time. She was so lovely, caring and empathetic to my situation and I was instantly put at ease. After she consulted with a virtual Dr, a solution was found and I felt fully informed. She sent my script off for approval and it was sent automatically to their pharmacy after I received a message link to approve. I could not fault this medical centre at all, even the waiting room has a water cooler and coffee machine! I highly recommend checking out their WeCare Now service before attempting to book a Dr appointment as you may well fit into the criteria to see a nurse. Thanks team for the excellent service.
