The burgers were good but the excellent service provided by one of the staff named Kate made the dining experience to near perfection
We ordered two shakes, a lime and pistachio and a choc toffee. They were so insanely good! Very nice treat indeed! Can't wait to try the food too!
Pretty good ! Quick service and good food ! Came here during quiet hours so the burger and fries were done really well :) Seems like during peak hours (auckland branch as well) the quality of the food decreases (but as expected)…
Very disappointed. I had the bbq bacon cheeseburger the pattie was 1cm thick dry piece of cardboard. Bacon was low quality and bearly even cooked. The stars are for the chips, absolutely beautiful chips.
I finally got to try Shake Out today and here’s my review: PROS Quick service, didn’t have to wait long for my order My chicken burger patty was very tasty and cooked perfectly The bun was the best I’ve ever had and is obviously excellent quality Ordering in store on the kiosk was quick and simple Fries were tasty Free tomato sauce and mayo CONS Stingy portion sizes, definitely not the store to go to if you’re very hungry. My fries were under filled. Expensive, not good value for money No customisation which meant I couldn’t ask for no salt on my chips. Stingy with the veggies, look at the two pitiful pieces of tomato I had on my burger! Oh well, it gave me a laugh at least. Luckily I ate it at home and could add extra salads. Considering the price for the burger I shouldn’t have to do that. No combo option or kids meals Staff weren’t very welcoming Cheap cheese used on my burger, it reminded me of the cheese used on Mcds cheeseburgers/Big Macs. For a premium and expensive burger It’s a let down. Not a fan of the ‘Big Mac’ type sauce on the chicken burger (that’s only my opinion though, I’m sure some people love it) Overall 7/10 from me and yes, I’ll be back to try the other chicken burgers and maybe a fish burger if they bring that back!
I ordered the double cheese burger, fries and a Lime and pistachio shake. It was delicious, it's also a cashless business so everything is done by card. I think the burger could have been cheaper say $10 instead of $12.60 but other than that, everything was great.
One of the few places we visited after the full lockdown and we wanted to honour the locals. Newly arrived, wonderful interior designed, nice flow of things and people, including staff. Easy to order, no pressure, clear instructions pos-COVID. Place the order and took roughly 20’ to get ready, as we are a bunch of 5 hungry bellies. Burgers were amazing, awesome taste and the best were the fries, incredible crunchy and seasoned. They came with shakes, all deliciously prepared. Staff was efficient and friendly. Will come back soon, thank you for the service!
